All sales are refundable up to 14 days after purchase and must be returned in the same condition with all boxes and paperwork UNLESS your order is customized solely for you. (Ex. custom name plate or grillz which only fit you) You'll receive a 50% refund for those custom products. So please be sure off all custom purchases before finalizing the order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a potential exchange or refund. Refunds may take up 14 business days to process after approval. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
